Job Description
• Monitor and action escalated tickets from the company's AI agent system.
• Review AI-generated task requests and complete the required actions on behalf of customers.
• Perform personal assistant-type tasks as needed.
• Communicate primarily via email, phone, or the platform with vendors and service providers.
• Mark tickets and tasks as completed in the system once they have been actioned.

Must Haves
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines.
• Strong general administrative or personal assistant skills, with the ability to work independently and complete customer requests efficiently.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and able to read, interpret, and act on AI-generated instructions.
Nice to Haves
• Experience using any AI tools
• Experience working as personal assistant or executive assistant
