Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social DMs
- Process refunds, exchanges, and order modifications
- Troubleshoot shipping and product issues
- Maintain a 95%+ customer satisfaction rating
Requirements
- 2+ years customer support experience (e-commerce preferred)
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar helpdesk tools
- Experience with Shopify admin is a plus
- Calm, empathetic communicator
